Centro Aurelia, the Lancia Aurelia Information Centre, is a technical resource for owners and enthusiasts of the Lancia Aurelia, a landmark vehicle of the 1950s which in its many variants - Berlina, Coupe, Spider, Convertible and others - is an icon of Italian style and technology.
The Lancia Aurelia has occupied a special place in many enthusiasts' lives since it was a new car.
Centroaurelia.info and its sister blog has been launched in 2025 (the 75th Anniversary of the model's introduction at the Turin Motor Show in 1950) by a group of Aurelia devotees, keen to support the model for the future, mindful of the changing nature of historic car ownership.
The Aurelia is a relatively complex car, subject to continuous technical development over its 8 years of production: multiple changes of specification for individual components and differing models present challenges even for technical adepts.
For the past nearly-50 years, Paul Mayo's Aurelia Workshop Manual has been a vital ally to both oily-handed owners and professional workshops. This website is the new home of Paul's Manual and our intention is that it will be enhanced and expanded through the involvement of the Aurelia community worldwide.
In addition to the Workshop Manual, we will also provide a home for and access to Lancia factory publications, often lovely things in terms of pure design and production, with vital data for restoration and in the case of the ASTs (data sheets) rarely seen.
The CentroAurelia blog is where the Aurelia's technically-interested community will convene; and knowledge contributed, gathered and debated there will over time be incorporated into the workshop manual on this website.
